SUCCESSFUL team working on constructive alignment on climate change course

SUCCESSFUL project organised staff trainings on constructive alignment to more than fifty teachers from different faculties of SUSL and UWU between 17-21 November. The working sessions lead by WUR and UTU consisted of intensive training sessions on how to define learning outcomes and activities as well as assessment. These constructive alignment skills were put into practice in designing the climate change educational content to the students. The preliminary analysis of the post-training assessment shows a clear positive change in the knowledge on constructive alignment confirming the feedback received during the trainings. As a next step the project will desing and develop the climate change course materials to ensure identified learning outcomes are achieved.
